Remember that 2010 taxes are filed in 2011, so it was more like 3 years. What I found really strange was that they found my documents that were there all along. I don’t understand how their database works but I’m wondering if they had my documents originally but then later somehow unchecked a data field and thought I hadn’t turned them in. It was also really strange that they assigned my case to a specific worker who hadn’t even started working yet. I would have laughed if it wasn’t so scary at the time. Now I can roll all over the floor and laugh all I want!
